Our next scheduled Rebuilding Day is set for April 25, 2009. To be considered for the the 2009 Rebuilding Day, applications need to be received on or before February 15, 2009.

Homeowner candidates must meet the following guidelines to be considered:

--> Live in zip codes 60503, 60504, 60505 or 60506
--> Own the home and reside in it.
--> Have home owner insurance.
--> Meet Chicago HUD income requirements defining low income based upon the number of people living in the house. If the only source of income is Social Security or other form of public assistance, the qualification is met.
